Shipping

Orders will be shipped daily, Monday- Friday via Purolator or Ups. Please allow up to 48 hrs for us to confirm your order. Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from Options for Her.

Free shipping on orders of $400 or more, before tax (items on sale greater than 20% not included).

Shipping within Canada

All packages are shipped via Purolator or UPS , and may take an estimated 2 to 7 business days.

International Shipping

We are currently unable to offer an international shipping

Exchanges & Returns

Customers are responsible for all returns. Items must be returned within 14 days of original receipt. All merchandise must have original hang tags, and unworn.

No refunds on sale merchandise

How to Return your Purchase:

Contact info@optionsforher.ca within 14 days of purchase for return approval
Once returned is approved, Options for Her will provide return instructions
We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery, nor can we accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods.
